the margins are fairly smooth and it seems to be more of a photographic artifact. In any event the patient is a oral hygiene fanatic and not only flosses but also uses the oral irrigator regularly. she comes regularly for followups. The patient is a young female of 22 yrs. I have told her that this tooth will require RCT and a crown one fine day.
