1] 3 Lead EKG
2] pulse oximeter
3]BP Cuff

all must be connected to the same machine. Also, armrest cushion that can be strapped to the dental chair to allow your patient to comfortably rest there are for the IV. Wrist restrainers, elbow imobilizer, IV pole. The most important armamentarium is to have a crash cart with all the intubation equipment you need, along with medications to treat various cardiac situations[ V Fib, etc.]. Decreases level awareness for a patient yet maintains protective airway reflexes and adequate spontaneous ventilation.By calming of mental excitement or abatement of physiological function by proper and specific medicine( sedatives, analgesics).

Material Required !!!
-Monitoring equipment: BP cuff, pulse oximeter, cardiac monitor
-Oxygen delivery by nasal prongs or mask
-Resuscitation equipment: Endotracheal tubes, Ambu bag and mask, defibrillator
-Personnel trained in airway management, and recovery of sedated patients
-Informed consent as appropriate

Drugs !!!
Sum of the analgesic and sedatives are give as- Ketamine, atropine (or glycopyrrolate), and benzodiazepine,other systemic agents like propofol or etomidate.
