The site is almost subgingival. fluoride release from sealants will help prevent secondary decay. i did not use any bur. just excavated the caries a little bit etched and applied the sealant.

The patient herself is a dentist and so she will keep a close eye on the lesion.

The post is just top highlight how sometimes we get interesting cases in clinical practice
