what is the procedure for fabrication of this party gums?

But about the hygiene can we maitain it? No food accumulation will take place in the interdental area.

Though usual hygiene needs to be maitained, most of the embrasure space is blocked out by the silicone strip which is adapted closely….hence food accumulation is reduced
