Is there no chance of this canine erupting after the deciduous canine is out?

The canine cannot erupt even after the deciduous canine is out, because there isnt ample space to erupt also, the position in which it is , clearly shows that it shall remain impacted..

I would like to ask dr.Darakh that were the deciduous molars  present in any malposed position most probably lingually placed position since that could act as an indication that an impacted tooth is present

The prognosis of this impacted canine is not very good.  d-b will be extracted and we will wait and watch. however overall the prognosis is not very good
