Can this test be done in a clinical set up?

Its difficult to use AgNOR’s in a clinical set up as compared to PAP coz AgNOR is quite technique sensitive, cannot reuse, it is costly & for cytology, many slides cannot be stained once coz it depends on the inflow of the patient that day & the slides need to be fixed, fixation can vary for different slides.
    other option is MGG.
any other stain that can be used?
