    dentists must take regular breaks and vacations. keep belligerent patients away.

    dentists should maintain a proper timetable keeping a balance between work and relaxation…should take a day off from work atleast once a week for recreation and refreshment otherwise productivity is bound to take a fall….spend the day out with family or engage in other social activities like clubs or sports to keep both mind and body fit.

    Dentists should be subjeced for counselling at regular intervals and involve themselves in other recreational activities
