Crowns for the anteriors may actually play an important role in a child’s behaviour….children are particularly cautious about their appearance..if grossly carious anteriors are not restored by crowns it may lead to lack of confidence and make the child an introvert in the society although this seems a little far fetched implication.

well child tend to fracture these caps as they dont take any precautions,,,
