This is a problem with many offices. In fact right now in my clinic there is minor skirmish between two of my staff over aprons. Now before it blows up into world war 3 I am going to buy them new aprons with both the warriors getting exactly the same kind of aprons.

On a more basic level many dentists are ‘soft guys" and that is why they are liked by their patients. This spills over in managing their clinics, staff and finances also.

Dentists must realize that to manage patients you need "spft skills" but to manage a practice you need "hard skills".
