at times even after all this one may not be able to find the canal. In such cases the patient has to be informed and the entry must be made in the patients case paper

One should complete the preparation of the canals or atleast the coronal preparation found and this is in turn leads to a better view of the area and the canals already located and this could simplify locating the missed canal
