If its a simple cavity, an appropriate base may be of ZnPO4 can prove useful. And RCT is the definitive treatment in case there is some periapical infection..

What is the basic reason for Barodontalgia only in deep dives and military pilots,other than pressure diff.,i mean to say why only teeth ?????
