    Make an IOPA, it gives better contrast and resolution in comparison to OPG, it will also help to rule out any shadow superimposing over the canine

    What is the marital status and how many child she have?With whom she came to u?what is the behaviour she shows u?

    married with two children. Basically she has anxiety and she is a dental phobic.

    however she is well aware of her problems and has considerable insight into her own state of mind.

    Such patients eventually become one of our most co-operative patients.

    She was given anxiolytics by her physician for some time. Now her physician has asked her to stop them.

    She now takes them only before dental treatment sessions.

    Many dentists miss out such patients who would like to get themselves treated but cannot do so because of phobia or anxiety.

    as u can see it is crowned. so i dont think it will be possible to confirm the vitality of the canine

    crown may be removed orelse a small vent may be created in crown to permit pulp testing

    I am thinking from a long time that she has a psychological phobia,due to rude behaviour by any dentist in previous treatment so we have to change mental picture of dentist in her eyes.Then go for any implant,crown,RCT with mild antianxiety drug therapy.
