The biggest mistake the new comers are doing is not doing proper research before starting practices. Research is required on various aspects like demographics of the population etc. With increasing competition very soon all the new comers will have to avail of service of professionals before starting their practices.

Anothe mistake is starting their practices before gaining clinical expertise. To get clinical expertise you need to take hands on courses.
