Implant placement done after 30 days

5*12 One piece Dental Implant used

Prefabricated Acrylic Chair side immediate temporary crown done

Osteotomy modified little towards palatal side

Flapless approach used

Torque level achieved more than 80 Ncm

around 08. to 1 mm off-occlusion in artificial crown.

he main reason for developing these drills was to eliminate/eradicate the excessive insertional forces on the crestal osseous structure that could inadvertently lead to reduced vascularization & detrimental effects on the implant.

It has to be noted that not all cases may require Profile drill usage & its is very crucial to maintaing a low cutting speed of 100-200 RPM.

Profile drills can cut more efficiently when compared to spiral drills & the chances of adversive effects on bone are curtailed.

I had a meeting with my dental technician who had fabricated the prosthsis. According to him the slot of the crown was wider.

Therefore, he suggested to remove the screw and refix it with a plumbers tape on the screw head. I have done that yesterday and for now the crown is not mobile.

Keeping fingers crossed altho…

The other options were sandblasting the screw slot with some ceramic powder etc.
