which tooth is it ? how much is the root formation ? is there a periapical ?

how much of coronal tooth structure is left ? will it be possible for you to post the radiograph ?

How we can say that its a RCT, because RCT itself denote Root Canal Treatment….Radiograph is needed.Wheather it can be some more disease related to bone!!!!Which tooth is this????

I guess apexification should be the treatment you are looking for..again that depends on the amount of root formation..so we need a more detailed history of the patient with a radiograph of course..
