    suppose the file is boken into the canal…shul v inform to the patient???bcos not informin or informin consequnces wil b the same….

    The patient has to be verbally informed, and has to be written on the card

    ethically the patient has to be informed; but the other reason is if the patient gets re-rct done with some other dentist and he informs the patient about the broken file, its bad for the dentist’s reputation and practice..
