    As per my consideration, mouthwashes may only help symptomatically, these patients should be reffered to gastroenterologist for further management

    dentists i think can only provide symptomatic treatment in this case..or at the most could suggest how to minimize such effects..and so these patients may have to be referred to a gastroenterologist..
