    Its not the toothbrush that is villain but its the local factors i.e plaque & calculus

    These local factors get accumulated over a period of time mainly due to incorrect or insufficient toothbrushing..

    systemic factors also plays important role such as diabetes………

    True..but these factors just increase the severity of effect of the local factors..
