Situations like this test your communication skills.

Here is what I can think of:

1) Take intra oral photos of the tooth and explain it to her on a PC. Copy the images in PAINT and then explain

2) Draw line diagrams and then explain.

3) Then you could tell her something like this " Why you want to waste your hard earned money on a very bad tooth?

4) If all this doe snot work refer her to the local dental college/.

5) Ensure that all the documentaion is perfect.
