The position of the tooth seems to be quite weird. The IOPA would be more interesting to see. Is the patient giving any complaints with respect to that tooth?

wisdom tooth has since been extracted. there was pericoronitis around it. extraction was slightly difficult. healing was uneventful

I have come across a few cases like this. The most common symptom presented by such patients is cheek bite and that s how this was diagnosed and patient got instant relief after extraction
